The Oyster FC Under 14’s team is managed by Josh Arthurs, with the support of assistant coach Nick Ratcliff. Together, they provide guidance, encouragement and structure to help every young player enjoy their football and develop their skills.

Our Under 14’s squad is built on teamwork, growth and commitment. Training sessions are designed to improve technical ability, strengthen game awareness and build confidence both individually and as a team. The focus is always on creating a supportive and positive environment where players can thrive.

On match days, the Oyster FC Under 14’s show energy, determination and a real passion for the game. With the help of their coaches and the backing of the Oyster FC community, the team continues to progress, growing in strength and ability with every performance.
